Financing through a mortgage loan without HYPOASISTENT
In the event that you decide not to use the HYPOASISTENT service, you assume the obligation to ensure the following processes and responsibility for the timely submission of all documents and the timely drawdown of the loan for the payment of the purchase price.
- You must arrange and submit the mortgage loan processing documents to the mortgage bank yourself
- You yourself must arrange and negotiate the terms and conditions for taking out a mortgage loan in accordance with the contractual documentation with the developer/seller
- You yourself must present a validly concluded loan agreement to the developer/seller by the due date
- You yourself must arrange for the property to be inspected or for the property documents to be supplied to the valuer (an obligation to attend the inspection together with the valuer)
- You yourself must ensure the preparation of the mortgage agreement yourself in accordance with the template agreed with the banks with which the developer/seller works
- You yourself must submit the mortgage agreement to the developer/seller for approval in electronic form
- You yourself communicate with the mortgage bank any changes to the mortgage agreement and provide all supporting documentation for the apartment and submit to the bank in the event that the submitted wording does not comply with the approved template
- You yourself arrange the finalisation of the mortgage agreement with the mortgage bank and the developer/seller
- You yourself ensure the delivery of the approved mortgage agreement to the developer / seller for signature and submit the application for registration to the cadastral office
- you are responsible for submitting the supporting documents to the mortgage bank to draw the mortgage loan
