About UBM Development Czechia
UBM Development Czechia has been operating on the Czech market since 1993. In more than 30 years, we have completed several projects throughout the Czech Republic. Last year we completed the residential complex Arcus City in Prague 5, first multi-story apartment buildings made of wood in the capital - Timber Praha, as well as the residential complex Astrid Garden in Prague 7 - Holešovice. The afore-mentioned projects still offer some units and show apartments for viewing. Our other most significant projects include, for example, the Anděl City multifunctional complex in Prague 5 - Smíchov with an area of 25,000 m2, the Darex office building in Wenceslas Square, the Astrid Offices office building, the Zvonařka Residence residential complex, as well as the luxury hotel Le Palais. In cooperation with Crestyl, we have developed the Dock 01 office building and the Neugraf residential project in Prague 5. In the hotel segment, we have renovated the former Sugar Palace (Cukrovarnický palác) in the center of Prague and turned it into Andaz Prague, a five-star lifestyle hotel, for which we have received many awards, including the first prize in the hotel category in the prestigious domestic competition “Best of Realty 2022” and we became the absolute winner of the Estate Awards in 2022.
